We recommend a dental hygiene appointment twice a year. More frequent visits may be appropriate if you suffer from gum inflammation or wear braces.

Initial assessment: We first assess the condition of your teeth and gums using specialised clinical indices.

Tartar removal: Using ultrasonic and hand instruments, we gently remove tartar deposits from above and below the gum line.

Airflow polishing: A controlled stream of water and fine powder removes stains caused by tea, coffee, or smoking. Your teeth will look visibly brighter immediately after treatment.

Fluoride treatment: At the end of the appointment, we apply a fluoride gel to strengthen the enamel and help reduce tooth sensitivity.
